Stromberg-Carlson 2009 Annual Reunion (SCAR XVII)

 

SCAR XVII will be held in Branson, MO on April 30th, May 1st, & May 2nd.  The Reunion will be held at:

  1. Rooms will be $55.00 per night (plus 12.68% tax) A King guest room is an additional $10.00 (plus tax) per night.  Be sure to reference SCAR April 30th. – May 2nd. When making your reservation.
  2. Friday night (May 1st.) There will be a group dinner at Shorty Small’s restaurant at the landing.  Seating will be at 6:00 PM.
  3. Saturday night (May 2nd.) We are going to the Circle B Chuckwagon Supper Show which starts at 5:00 PM.  The dinner and show will be over by 7:00 PM.  This should allow adequate time for everyone to get back to the Motel for the annual meeting.
  4. The annual group meeting will be held in the Hospitality room Saturday night starting at 8:00 PM.
  5. There will be a Hospitality room (Cardinal room) available the following hours: Thursday – Noon to Midnight --  Friday – 8:00 AM to Midnight -- Saturday – 8:00 AM to Midnight.

 

The cost to attend SCAR XVII will be $110.00 per person.  Please fill out the information on the enclosed form and return it with your check by March 15th.  We need to know the total number of people by then to finalize the dinner and show reservations.
